Salary: €2,000 – €4,000 gross/month

What you will do

• Lead and support a small team of scriptwriters in developing stronger ideas, outlines, and scripts.
• Take a hands-on role in rewriting and fixing scripts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Translate world guidelines into a consistent writing voice suited for fast, visual storytelling.
• Analyze existing episodes and audience performance insights to identify content improvements.
• Participate in discussions regarding creative direction and broader content strategy.
• Manage the writing pipeline to support a digital-first release of 6–8 episodes per month.

Requirements

• Produced writing credits on at least one preschool (ages 2–6) or children’s (ages 6–11) animated series.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or providing editorial direction to other writers.
• Strong story-editing skills and the ability to guide writers toward practical solutions.
• Visual-first approach to writing, prioritizing action, staging, and reactions over dialogue.
• Ability to maintain consistent character personalities and motivations across multiple episodes.
• Must be based in or able to work in Lithuania (Hybrid).
