What you will do

• Evaluate commercial opportunities to optimize sales, margin, and cash performance.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations using trading data, customer insights, and market intelligence.
• Lead the divisional planning process, including annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Challenge existing plans and assumptions to ensure commercial robustness.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
• Lead divisional trading performance reviews and reporting cadences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Liverpool, UK.
• Strong commercial planning capability with experience in trading plans and forecasting.
• Proven analytical and influencing skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Data literacy with experience in querying tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
