What you will do

• Handle client and quotation inquiries directly from the office.
• Manage client reception, pitching, registration, and resource allocation.
• Establish and follow through on trading opportunities to ensure execution.
• Maintain and update accurate client records within the CRM.
• Perform general administrative duties to support business operations.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and established KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and customer service with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to operate autonomously while embracing teamwork.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Quesada office in Spain.
