What you will do

• Own economy features from initial concept through post-mortem analysis.
• Design systems for events, rewards, progression, and in-game offers.
• Analyze and manage resource loops, dynamic systems, and game economics.
• Collaborate with analytics to evaluate performance before and after launch.
• Balance new content to ensure it strengthens the product without undermining existing systems.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Owners, developers, UI/UX designers, and artists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Game Design.
• Strong knowledge of successful mid-core battler games and LiveOps practices.
• Proven experience working on LiveOps for existing projects using a data-driven approach.
• Ability to understand and model complex resource loops and game economies.
