Technical Support Specialist (Fintech)

Technical Support Specialist (Fintech): Supporting the hirify.global AP Automation product suite to ensure a seamless user experience from invoice receipt to payment with an accent on technical issue resolution and ERP integration. Focus on resolving application errors using SQL, analyzing logs and databases, and collaborating with R&D and QA teams.

Location: Hybrid based in Tunis, Tunisia (2 days from Office + 3 days from Home)

What you will do

• Support the hirify.global AP Automation product suite, ensuring a unified user experience from invoice receipt to payment.
• Resolve technical application issues by gathering and analyzing data from emails, logs, and databases.
• Recreate customer issues and document solutions for common technical problems.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and ERP departments on internal projects.
• Assist customers with payment-related queries and provide payment reports.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory as you will support English-speaking clients only.
• Knowledge of SQL, web services, and XML.
• General understanding of ERP and financial systems (e.g., Dynamics AX, NAV, 365 BC, F&O, JDE).
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or software/SaaS support.
• Knowledge of general ledgers, bank reconciliation, and payment terms.
• Understanding of business workflows, including approvals, routings, and limits.
