Senior AI Service Designer (AI)

Location: Istanbul, Vadistanbul office; hybrid attendance is typically required two days per week during three weeks of each month, with one fully remote week monthly. Remote work is also available throughout August.

What you will do

• Design and prototype AI-powered product ideas, interactions, and human-agent collaboration models using Figma and other tools.
• Create interaction patterns that communicate AI confidence and recommendations while preserving transparency and user control.
• Define which responsibilities AI agents can handle and where humans remain involved for instruction, review, and escalation.
• Translate complex operational and regulatory workflows into intuitive experiences for onboarding and financial crime processes.
• Contribute to reusable Agentic UX principles and standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and UX Research stakeholders across ING locations.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of Product or Service Design experience, including examples of shaping project direction.
• Experience designing AI-powered products or services, or experimenting with AI tools in design or project work.
• Strong rapid prototyping and evaluation skills with hands-on Figma experience; production engineering is not required.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with complex workflows and data-intensive environments, such as financial services or operations.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Istanbul-based arrangement.
