What you will do

• Build and improve ETL processes, Airflow pipelines, and analytical data models.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency through query and storage improvements.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers to transform raw data into reliable datasets and features.
• Develop production data services using a modern stack including Python, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Introduce architectural improvements and influence the technical direction of the data platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data or software engineering.
• Professional experience building ETL processes, batch pipelines, or analytical solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Scala.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Understanding of analytical databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, or dbt.
• Knowledge of data quality tooling.
• Experience with ML data preparation.
