What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for the conceptual design of Fiji's National Food Systems and Climate Data Platform.
• Assess existing data systems and prepare a conceptual platform framework.
• Provide recommendations on data governance arrangements and interoperability.
• Develop a harmonized indicator framework and an implementation roadmap.
• Prepare an investment brief and an inception report outlining the proposed methodology and workplan.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, GIS, Monitoring and Evaluation, Agricultural Economics, or Public Policy.
• Must be a qualified national of Fiji (National Project Personnel status).
• Educational qualifications must be accredited/recognized in the World Higher Education Database (WHED).
• Proven results focus and technical expertise in data systems.
