What you will do

• Lead and coach the Service Desk team to foster a high-performing, empowered environment.
• Manage resource planning and shift coverage to ensure effective business support.
• Oversee Jira Service Management operations to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Drive service performance improvements through operational insights and reporting.
• Manage the Service Desk operational budget, licenses, and hardware lifecycle.
• Maintain financial and asset controls, including stock management and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing IT support or service desk teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in system administration or application engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies, including Azure, AWS, or VMware.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
