Financial Controller

TL;DR

Financial Controller (Finance): Managing financial planning, reporting, and internal controls for a global thermal imaging manufacturer with an accent on data-driven decision making and business partnership. Focus on optimizing budgeting processes, developing Power BI reports, and overseeing the financial health of the full production cycle.

Location: Vilnius office

Salary: €3,500–€4,500 gross (including monthly bonus)

What you will do

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Create and maintain business reports using Power BI.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with non-finance leaders to provide strategic financial analysis and business partnership.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or auditing.
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
• Experience with ERP MD365 or Axapta.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and TP documentation requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing company (medium-large enterprises).
• Experience working in a BIG4 audit company.
• Participation in ERP implementation projects.
• Skills in PowerApps.
