What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for both contract and full-time positions across multiple game development disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive global sourcing of passive candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and efficient processes.
- Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to inform hiring strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment for game development roles.
- Experience in proactively sourcing passive talent on a global scale.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong skills in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Must be eligible to work under an employment contract with FESCO Adecco in China.
