What you will do

• Design and implement knowledge management and outreach strategies for the Forest Monitoring and Data Platforms Team.
• Collect and analyze technical, social, and environmental information to support programme delivery and scientific reporting.
• Produce high-quality communication materials, including publications, posters, brochures, and promotional videos.
• Coordinate and organize international workshops, seminars, and conferences, ensuring adherence to corporate quality standards.
• Update databases and web pages in close collaboration with the Office of Communications.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the coordination of outreach and promotion efforts.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in public relations, communication, social science, journalism, political science, or a related field.
• Three years of relevant experience in communication, graphic design, and high-resolution video production for international events.
• English: Proficiency level C (C1/C2) required.
• Knowledge of another official hirify.global language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) at intermediate level (B).
• Experience working with multi-partner projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Rome, Italy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of professional graphic design and video editing tools.
• Work experience in field positions or across multiple geographical locations.
