What you will do

• Lead the GenAI localisation program, managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design evaluation operations at scale, including human review pipelines in Label Studio across multiple languages.
• Manage contingent labeller workforces and external vendors, overseeing capacity planning and quality standards.
• Partner with GenAI evaluation teams to define quality benchmarks for localisation.
• Build dashboards and tooling to track quality metrics and surface critical issues.
• Analyze localisation quality data to provide actionable recommendations for technical teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a program or operations leader thriving in ambiguous environments.
• Track record of running complex cross-functional programs involving stakeholders across different teams.
• Comfort with AI concepts such as LLM evaluation, RAG, BLEU, or COMET.
• Experience managing reviewer workforces and external vendors without compromising quality.
• Ability to deliver AI or transformation programs from 0-to-1 at enterprise scale.
