AI Supportability Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Set up monitoring dashboards and alerts, and script repetitive ticket steps to increase efficiency.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCAs), track user pain points, and propose product fixes.
• Develop lightweight AI agents (e.g., Telegram bots) with reusable skills such as log fetching and health checks.
• Optimize existing workflows within incident management tooling.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a degree in CS, Data, AI, or a related major.
• Proficiency in Linux, scripting (Shell, Python), and basic SQL.
• Ability to create and maintain actionable runbooks.
• Basic understanding of AI agents and their skill definitions.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Practical experience with MLOps projects or building LLM agents (e.g., using LangChain or function calling).
• Experience with TSM tools.
