Clinical Specialist Assistant Intern (Healthcare)

Location: Singapore (Hybrid: must be able to work on site and remote)

What you will do

• Assist Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists in conducting in-services and training sessions for medical devices in hospitals.
• Perform monthly consignment stock checks and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle administrative tasks, including report generation and documentation, to improve operational efficiency.
• Help set up a referral program for private surgeons specializing in deep vein thrombosis (DVT) patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma and current enrollment or recent degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to work on site.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

• Basic knowledge of medical devices.
