What you will do
- Design, build, document, and maintain node-based generative AI workflows for production.
- Develop custom Python scripts and nodes, integrate external APIs, and streamline asset-generation workflows.
- Evaluate emerging image, video, and multimodal models and integrate relevant techniques into production.
- Optimize models and workflows for visual quality, temporal consistency, motion fidelity, memory efficiency, and inference speed.
- Develop conditioning, adapter, and fine-tuning workflows, including training and deploying project-specific model customizations.
- Support artists by troubleshooting complex workflow issues, packaging reusable tools, and documenting technical solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced experience building and troubleshooting node-based generative AI workflows such as ComfyUI or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong Python development skills, including custom nodes, tools, and integrations.
- Deep technical knowledge of generative image and video models, multimodal workflows, and output-control techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ControlNet, IP-Adapter, and LoRA, including model training, fine-tuning, and adapter deployment.
- Experience optimizing AI workflows for memory usage, inference speed, model compatibility, and reliable execution.
- Ability to collaborate with artists and technical colleagues, explain complex concepts clearly, and provide relevant portfolio or code examples.
Nice to have
- Experience in film, VFX, animation, AAA games, or another high-end creative production environment.
- Experience with GPU or server environments supporting generative AI production workflows.
