What you will do
- Organize and maintain comprehensive schedules for Year 3 & 4 student rotations, examinations, and academic days.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the UGE Program Director and Senior Education Programs Manager.
- Manage student orientations, attendance tracking, marks, and reporting.
- Administer and update academic systems including one45, Entrada, and Canvas.
- Serve as the first point of contact for medical students, faculty, and staff regarding general program enquiries.
- Coordinate Undergraduate Education Committee meetings and the annual education retreat.
Requirements
- High School graduation plus a two-year post-secondary diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Vancouver, BC.
