What you will do

• Act as a technical expert on the Salesforce platform, providing support to stakeholders and users.
• Develop dynamic content using AMPscript and custom applications in Journey Builder using SSJS, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Build targeted audience segments using Data Extensions, SQL, and email behavioral data.
• Deliver multi-touch communications via Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Interaction Studio, and Email Studio.
• Oversee complex campaign workflows, data segmentation, and ETL processes across multiple business units.
• Design and configure the database environment, data models, and data connectors for ingestion into Salesforce.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer certification.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and JavaScript.
• English: CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
