What you will do

• Monitor, track, and analyze state legislation and policies related to privacy and labor issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, trade associations, and advocacy groups.
• Design and execute government outreach and advocacy plans to influence legislative outcomes.
• Draft policy briefings, position papers, and presentations for senior executives.
• Provide real-time updates on political and regulatory developments affecting business operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to advance policy priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic credentials.
• 4+ years of multi-state public policy experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of state and local policy-making processes.
• Proven track record in developing advocacy strategies and advancing policy initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with senior executives and government officials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
