Quality Control Manager

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Perform quality control of text and voice communications based on checklists.
• Collect, systematize, and analyze assessment data across regions.
• Provide feedback on team and individual performance regarding quality.
• Conduct individual training sessions for managers and team leaders.
• Participate in grading support managers.

Requirements

• English: B2 or higher required
• At least 3 years of personal experience in support.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in quality control assessment is an advantage.
• Experience with AI tools and conducting training sessions is an advantage.
