TL;DR
Application Specialist – Business Resiliency (Salesforce): Developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting business resiliency applications including Salesforce/Fusion, Everbridge, Power BI, and a mobile app with an accent on software delivery, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on designing technical enhancements, resolving escalated issues, monitoring system performance, and promoting SDLC best practices.
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do
- Develop, configure, maintain, test, debug, and deploy Business Resiliency Management applications and tools, including Salesforce/Fusion, Everbridge, Power BI, and a mobile app.
- Design and build small technical modules and enhancements in line with project plans and delivery timelines.
- Promote application updates through the MMC System Development Lifecycle methodology.
- Troubleshoot coding and configuration issues, support defect remediation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support for escalated issues and collaborate with the help desk to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor support trends, contribute to project plans and software roadmaps, and mentor other analysts.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in software configuration and development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce/Fusion and Everbridge.
- Knowledge of Business Resiliency or experience in risk management, compliance, or audit environments.
- Proficiency with SDLC/ALM tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Planview.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and availability to work from the Cluj-Napoca office at least three days per week.
