Application Specialist (Business Resiliency)

TL;DR

Application Specialist (Business Resiliency): Developing and supporting technology solutions for the Business Resiliency Management department with an accent on Salesforce, Everbridge, and Power BI. Focus on designing technical modules, managing the software delivery lifecycle, and resolving complex configuration issues.

Location: Hybrid (Cluj Napoca, Romania). Requirement: working at least three days a week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and maintain BRM applications such as Salesforce/Fusion, Everbridge, and Power BI.
• Code, test, debug, and deploy software changes adhering to the MMC SDLC methodology.
• Design and build small technical modules and enhancements independently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve coding and configuration issues, providing support for escalated defects.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate on software development roadmaps and project plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software configuration and development.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce/Fusion and Everbridge.
• Subject matter knowledge in Business Resiliency, risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Proficiency with SDLC/ALM tools including JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Planview.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Cluj Napoca for a hybrid work arrangement.
