What you will do
- Create end-to-end external content including media pitches, press releases, expert comments, and articles.
- Drive corporate social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram through planning and writing engaging content.
- Craft compelling promotional texts for priority open positions and hiring campaigns.
- Monitor industry best practices, market trends, and competitor communications to optimize external strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on media coverage and PR performance using engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in external communications, PR, or media relations within the IT industry.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2) and fluent Ukrainian.
- Hands-on experience managing corporate social media channels.
- Strong understanding of PR principles and tech industry trends.
- Must be based in Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with tech, business, and industry journalists or influencers.
- Proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and process optimization.
