What you will do

• Review and approve high volumes of global customer account requests via Jira and Salesforce.
• Perform legal compliance checks, including Descartes embargo screening and VAT number verifications.
• Manage database hygiene by building corporate hierarchies and driving deduplication efforts.
• Collaborate with FinOps, RevOps, Product Ops, and Legal to streamline order-to-cash workflows.
• Monitor Customer Master Data dashboards to identify data anomalies and prevent scam accounts.
• Execute strategic projects involving account consolidation and sales territory optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in data management, data governance, or master data operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Jira.
• Familiarity with data governance technologies and compliance screening processes.
• Strong analytical skills for data formatting and dashboard monitoring.
• Availability for a 12-month fixed-term employment contract starting September 1.
