What you will do

• Drive applied research and technology scouting through PoCs and tool evaluation to provide strategic recommendations for delivery and presales.
• Lead competence development by designing learning paths and growing engineers from trainee/junior to mid-level.
• Establish and maintain technology tracks for ROS2, robotics software, AI perception, simulation, and hardware integration.
• Develop and deliver training programs, bootcamps, and workshops to foster a strong knowledge-sharing culture.
• Create skills frameworks, development plans, and technical evaluation criteria.
• Provide technical mentorship and architecture support for key projects, ensuring code quality and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced automation.
• Expertise in at least two domains: industrial/mobile robotics, AI perception, simulation, or mechatronics.
• Strong proficiency in ROS/ROS2, Python, C++, and modern software engineering (Git, CI/CD, testing).
• Proven experience in mentoring engineers and defining career frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Isaac Sim, Gazebo, and digital twins.
• Knowledge of robotics foundation models and open-source robotics projects.
• Previous leadership roles such as Competence Lead, Tech Lead, or Training Lead.
