What you will do

• Drive the growth of the Emerging Markets business, specifically focusing on the Turkish franchise.
• Lead the pricing, structuring, and execution of transactions involving FX options, interest rate/currency swaps, and fixed income instruments.
• Manage day-to-day institutional client coverage, delivering market color and macroeconomic updates.
• Partner with trading, structuring, and research desks to develop tailored risk management and hedging solutions.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients with Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and portfolio modeling to identify new revenue-generating opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Native or professional fluency in both Turkish and English (written and verbal) is strictly required.
• Strong technical and practical understanding of FX options, interest rate/currency swaps, and fixed income products.
• Proven ability to price and model derivative structures with advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of the Turkish macroeconomic environment and CBRT monetary policy.
• Existing relationships with Turkish banks, asset managers, hedge funds, or corporate treasuries.
• Advanced proficiency with the Bloomberg Terminal and other market data platforms.
