What you will do

• Create comprehensive design documentation including pitches, briefs, and balance sheets.
• Prototype and configure mechanics using Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints) or Unity.
• Develop and implement game logic and systems.
• Balance and fine-tune mechanics to ensure optimal player experience.
• Communicate design decisions and requirements to clients and internal team members.
• Prepare and present flowcharts, feature specs, and data reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Game Design with AA+/Double-I projects.
• 1+ years of experience in Unreal Engine 5 and/or Unity.
• Strong proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
• Experience with multiplatform and console development.
• Deep understanding of design principles and documentation standards.
• Must not be based in the Russian Federation.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom engines or UE3/UDK.
• Background in remasters or remakes.
• Strong blueprint scripting skills.
• Released multiplatform projects.
