Salary: 3400 – 3800 EUR Gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of global time off and leave programs, including administration and communications.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of benefits professionals.
• Drive change and project management for policy updates and program operations.
• Partner with regional leads and HR partners to ensure compliance and provide practical guidance.
• Analyze employee feedback and data to identify trends and improve the global leave experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing global employee time off and leave programs.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, employment laws, and compliance requirements, particularly in EMEA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HR tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Must have no unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience managing leave programs in APAC and the Americas.
• Prior experience with project management.
• Experience building leave management infrastructure and tracking processes.
