AI Lab Experience Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead experience strategy work across Insight, Idea, and Impact phases to uncover customer needs.
• Plan and conduct ethnographic research, interviews, and qualitative studies to generate actionable insights.
• Synthesize research findings into clear experience principles, opportunity areas, and strategic recommendations.
• Define future-state customer journeys and experience roadmaps to guide implementation.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and experience mapping sessions with customers and delivery teams.
• Partner with business strategy, analytics, and technology teams to align experience outcomes with delivery plans.

Requirements

• Experience leading customer or user experience strategy within consulting or transformation engagements.
• Hands-on experience conducting qualitative research (interviews, observations, ethnographic studies).
• Proven ability to create customer journey maps and future-state experience concepts.
• Expertise in facilitating structured workshops using design thinking methods.
• Professional fluency in English is essential.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bertrange, Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with emerging AI concepts, AI frameworks, Python, or React.
• Experience working on digital transformation or service design initiatives.
• Knowledge of experience measurement approaches and experience-led KPIs.
• Proficiency in French and/or German.
