What you will do

• Draft and coordinate press releases, Q&As, and media advisories.
• Maintain daily contact with journalists and proactively pitch stories.
• Organize and execute press events and influencer activations.
• Manage media monitoring, reporting dashboards, and internal trackers.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure message consistency across paid, earned, and owned media channels.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or journalism.
• Excellent English and Spanish writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with media databases and monitoring platforms like Meltwater or Cision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with a high level of autonomy and ownership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Seoul office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an agency, startup, or media environment.
