What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into engaging interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for platform features.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Apply visual design principles to create compelling layouts and iconography.
• Work within an Agile environment to support the implementation of design solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic.
• Fluent in English for daily communication.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects and design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
