Senior Network Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Athens, Attica, Greece; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle, design, architecture, and support of routing, switching, security solutions, and VPNs across LAN/WAN environments.
• Develop network strategy, architectural designs, and infrastructure enhancements for enterprise-class solutions.
• Act as a technical lead across WAN and LAN technologies, including remote access, routing protocols, QoS, VLANs, spanning tree, VoIP, and wireless networks.
• Maintain network security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Work with vendors, clients, and IT personnel to resolve infrastructure issues and deliver projects.
• Ensure network activities comply with regulatory requirements and Group policies.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of network engineering experience.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certification in Cisco CCNP/CCDP, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, or a comparable area.
• Expertise in WAN and LAN technologies, including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, consulting with clients, and driving projects to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
