Location: Amman, Jordan (Hybrid: up to 2 days/week work from home)

What you will do

• Analyze ITSM, customer, and operational data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Utilize Python and R for data cleaning, automation, and advanced analysis.
• Monitor data accuracy and consistency while defining KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Conduct ITSM audits and data-quality reviews to identify process gaps.
• Track audit findings and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or IT service management.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for reporting and dashboard development.
• Working knowledge of Python and R for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of ITIL practices and ITSM operations.
• University degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to identify inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent data.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
• Lean Six Sigma or Quality Management certification.
• Knowledge of SQL, AI, and network/application support.
