What you will do

• Define and execute procurement strategy, category management, and governance standards.
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Optimize total cost of ownership and influence budget baselines through spend analysis.
• Streamline procure-to-pay workflows using automation and AI tools.
• Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to improve cost and CAPEX governance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Portuguese required
• Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and high-value negotiations
• Strong command of contracting, commercial risk, and P2P processes
• Proficiency in spend analysis and data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with modern ERP tooling and interest in AI-driven procurement
