What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable mobile software focusing on performance and availability.
• Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Propose and implement code refactoring and optimization based on best software development practices.
• Mentor less experienced developers through training, task distribution, and monitoring.
• Share knowledge through tech talks and participate in internal promotion verification processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building mobile applications from scratch, including architecture decisions.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs (media/streaming, payment, or auth providers).
• Solid understanding of native bridging concepts (WebView-to-native communication, native modules).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires or Cordoba and work from the office at least 2 times per week.
