What you will do

• Architect, develop, and operate cloud infrastructure and networking on GCP and AWS.
• Build reliable and maintainable infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of cloud services.
• Participate in on-call rotations to resolve production incidents and implement lasting improvements.
• Lead reliability initiatives from problem identification through to operational ownership.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to contribute to technical decisions and share best practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience operating production infrastructure in GCP, AWS, or both.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for building secure and testable automation.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, cloud networking, security, and distributed systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and measuring system improvements.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Tallinn, Estonia to meet hybrid office requirements.
