What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes platforms based on Cluster API across bare-metal and cloud providers.
• Develop and maintain GitLab CI pipelines, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Setup and manage infrastructure for production and staging environments.
• Collaborate with product development teams and stakeholders to design complex IT systems.
• Monitor system health and participate in periodic on-call rotations.
• Optimize infrastructure maintenance and support processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineer.
• Deep understanding of Linux-like operating systems, including administration and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane) and GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD).
• Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Saltstack) and CDN management (CloudFlare, Fastly, etc.).
• English and Russian: B1+ (Intermediate) level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cluster API (CAPI) and fleet controllers like Sveltos or Fleet.
• Programming skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Understanding of distributed systems and Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to optimize workflows.
