What you will do

• Coordinate departmental workflows for asset, design, lighting, or animation teams.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and timely delivery of production assets.
• Manage and update production schedules and tracking within Shotgrid.
• Facilitate communication between supervisors and artistic staff.
• Handle confidential production materials with discretion.
• Prepare and format production documentation and reports.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of production coordination experience in animated film or episodic projects.
• Solid experience coordinating for asset, design, lighting, or animation departments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Shotgrid.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Must have a valid work permit for Spain/Europe.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
