What you will do

• Own the full procurement lifecycle for direct materials including lead frames, bonding wires, and DCB substrates.
• Develop and execute regional localized sourcing strategies to reduce overseas dependency and logistics costs.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, commercial negotiations, and annual volume allocation for core suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits, performance appraisals, and implement risk management frameworks to prevent production shutdowns.
• Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to drive alternate material evaluation and specification optimization.
• Monitor raw material market trends to provide data-driven cost forecasting and budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, Materials Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor industry procurement experience with hands-on expertise in direct materials.
• Mandatory regional procurement management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced data analysis capabilities.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regional supplier landscapes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work under high-pressure mass production environments.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPSM, or CSCP certification.
• Established regional supplier resources for packaging materials.
• Proven track record in localized supplier development and cost-down projects.
