Overview

The Customer Success Account Manager will focus on incident resolution and license renewal, manage the contract lifecycle, and maintain regular client communication.

What you will do

  • Provide premium technical support.
  • Manage the lifecycle of support contracts and proactively communicate with clients.
  • Lead incident resolution tasks.
  • Represent the client to internal departments.
  • Develop long-term relationships and create success stories.
  • Gather and analyze feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating with enterprise-level clients.
  • Systematic approach to planning and problem-solving.
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues and finding solutions.
  • Experience building trust with teams and clients.
  • English proficiency for reading technical documentation.

Nice to have

  • Technical background in IT systems administration or pre-sales.
  • Understanding of ITSM principles.
  • Experience in sales or client support.
  • Knowledge of hirify.global Lab solutions or similar products.
  • Experience with SIEM.
