Overview
The Customer Success Account Manager will focus on incident resolution and license renewal, manage the contract lifecycle, and maintain regular client communication.
What you will do
- Provide premium technical support.
- Manage the lifecycle of support contracts and proactively communicate with clients.
- Lead incident resolution tasks.
- Represent the client to internal departments.
- Develop long-term relationships and create success stories.
- Gather and analyze feedback for product improvements.
Requirements
- Experience communicating with enterprise-level clients.
- Systematic approach to planning and problem-solving.
- Experience troubleshooting software issues and finding solutions.
- Experience building trust with teams and clients.
- English proficiency for reading technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Technical background in IT systems administration or pre-sales.
- Understanding of ITSM principles.
- Experience in sales or client support.
- Knowledge of Lab solutions or similar products.
- Experience with SIEM.
