What you will do

• Manage end-to-end data migrations, extracting data from third-party systems (CSV, APIs, database exports), cleaning and normalizing it for upload.
• Automate data transformation and validation using Python (pandas) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate data cleaning and validation workflows.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and CSM teams to define requirements and ensure total data accuracy.
• Identify patterns in data issues to propose and implement process improvements for faster migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch data escalations with urgency and clear communication.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a data or technical role (Data Analyst, RevOps, BI, Technical Onboarding).
• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically utilizing the pandas library for data transformation.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve technical workflows.
• Must be based in Guatemala City for onsite work in Zone 10.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of working with REST APIs.
• Background in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical support.
• Familiarity with CRM or business data models.
