What you will do

• Design story content, including chapter structures, character dialogue, and narrative beats.
• Develop world and map content, including area layouts, unlock sequences, and pacing.
• Create item families, collections, and rewards aligned with the game's setting and economy.
• Balance content difficulty and session goals using spreadsheets and config files.
• Write detailed specifications and briefs for artists and developers.
• Plan and produce content for live operations, including seasonal updates and events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a game content, level, or narrative designer.
• Proven experience shipping at least one F2P casual title (e.g., merge, match-3, hidden object).
• Deep understanding of casual game progression, task pacing, and retention mechanics.
• Professional English writing skills for concise in-game text and dialogue.
• Proficiency with data-driven design using spreadsheets and content pipelines.
• Ability to guide artists through the production of narrative-supporting assets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity or in-house level editors.
• Experience designing content for live events and seasonal updates.
• Background in narrative design or creative writing for games.
