What you will do

• Lead sourcing and tender activities from requirements gathering through to supplier selection and contract award.
• Develop and deliver category plans aligned with business and procurement objectives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide commercial procurement guidance.
• Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to deliver value, manage risk, and improve supplier performance.
• Ensure all procurement activity follows company policies, governance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience managing sourcing activities and tender processes.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and support negotiations.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Understanding of procurement processes and contract lifecycle activities.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Dublin, Ireland.

• Exposure to technology, software, SaaS, or IT-related procurement categories.
• Knowledge of category management and strategic sourcing principles.
