What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) and React or Angular.
• Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Deploy and manage applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions).
• Support claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development roles.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and at least one frontend framework (React or Angular).
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.) is mandatory.
• Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows).
• Proficiency with GIT and RESTful API development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to FHIR or other modern healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices.
