Director, Business Development, Mobile (Adtech): Driving net-new revenue and expanding market share across the mobile and in-app ecosystem with an accent on strategic partnerships and high-value contract negotiation. Focus on closing complex enterprise deals, leading commercial negotiations, and positioning as the premier monetization partner for global publishers.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday through Thursday in-office)
Salary: $170,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities to expand market share within the mobile and in-app ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles and navigate complex commercial negotiations for high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Revenue Operations to ensure partnerships are structurally sound and integrated.
- Act as a trusted advisor and spokesperson for with C-suite executives and at major industry events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business development experience focusing on complex enterprise agreements with media owners.
- Existing professional relationships within the mobile media and technology industry.
- Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and strategic perspective on its future.
- Proven track record of collaborating with senior management to achieve strategic growth goals.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
