What you will do

• Define and maintain the visual style and user experience direction for a new game project.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a creative team, including hiring and performance management.
• Create rapid prototypes using Figma and Unity to iterate on gameplay and UI flows.
• Direct motion graphics and animation to enhance moment-to-moment player experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and user acquisition teams to ensure consistent visual branding.
• Oversee development processes, feature scoping, and inter-departmental communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a creative team.
• Extensive experience in mobile game development with at least one shipped title.
• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work directly within the Unity Engine.
• Comprehensive understanding of creative disciplines within the gaming pipeline.
• Experience with industry-standard tools like Creative Suite, Perforce, and JIRA.
