What you will do

• Build internal AI-based solutions, agents, and workflows to optimize the SDLC.
• Consult with teams to implement AI practices in code, testing, analysis, and UX.
• Establish and maintain organizational standards for prompting, AI agents, and memory.
• Measure and report the impact of AI adoption on team effectiveness, quality, and throughput.
• Develop software within Java, .NET, or Frontend ecosystems.

Requirements

• Active experience as a developer in Java, .NET, or Frontend.
• Proven track record of using AI as a core part of daily development workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end SDLC from analysis to production.
• Ability to drive organizational change and collaborate effectively with people.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Knowledge of test automation tools like Playwright.
• Experience building internal platforms or measuring engineering productivity.
