Salary: $112,800 - $257,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead technical solution development, opportunity shaping, and capture to drive Air Power market growth.
• Translate frontier AI research into secure, scalable, and operationally relevant capabilities.
• Direct technical volumes for high-priority captures and author strategic white papers.
• Lead the AI strategy across generative AI, agentic AI, computer vision, and edge-deployed AI.
• Establish modernization pathways aligned with the Department's Warfighting Acquisition System.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience supporting Air Power or DoD technical research, prototyping, or capability exploration.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and exploratory modeling techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to senior stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED.
