What you will do
- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture shared across multiple applications.
- Build reusable platform capabilities for authentication, networking, state management, and error handling.
- Optimize application performance through bundle analysis, code splitting, and rendering strategies.
- Improve frontend observability using logging, monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Drive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building large-scale React applications.
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with complex state management (Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query).
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, authentication flows (JWT, sessions), and API lifecycle management.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Nice to have
- Experience modernizing legacy frontend applications.
- Experience building shared design systems.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client.
- Experience with payment integrations like Stripe or PayPal.
