Atlassian Engineer

Location: Willingness to be available from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time (on-call duty every other week)

Overview

We are looking for an Atlassian Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting Atlassian products across the our teams.

What you will do

• Configuration and maintenance of Atlassian products (JSM, Confluence).
• Customization of workflows and fields in Atlassian tools.
• System performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Manage data migration and backups, ensuring system security.
• Write custom scripts and automate processes.
• Develop custom workflows and field configurations, build integrations with other systems, and develop custom reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with JSM and Jira products, including project configuration, workflow setup and customization, screen configuration, access rights management, and dashboard configuration.
• Practical experience with Confluence administration, including space management and access rights management.
• Practical experience implementing automation in Atlassian products using ScriptRunner or other plugins
• Willingness to be available from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time (on-call duty every other week)
• Fluent Russian, English: B1 level or higher including spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience as a YouTrack administrator or willingness to learn the tool
• Knowledge of JavaScript or Python, or willingness to learn
• Practical experience working with Assets (Insight)
• Experience integrating Atlassian products with other systems
• Knowledge of Linux and experience with the command line
• Experience with Atlassian product upgrades and migrations
• Experience working with Atlassian Data Center
