What you will do

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and deploy solutions to mitigate priority risks in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Investigate potential issues including scams, fraud, and illicit goods/activities.
• Establish expertise in investigative techniques, technologies, and abuse prevention strategies.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Execute enforcement measures while balancing customer privacy and avoiding disproportionate impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations (or 12+ years in lieu of a degree).
• 6+ years of experience with data querying languages (SQL), scripting (Python), geospatial tools (ArcGIS), or statistical software (R).
• 6+ years of experience investigating and mitigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity).
• 3+ years of experience driving improvements in customer integrity processes or technology.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), Refugee, or Asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Must be based in Bastrop, TX, and able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, or vulnerability assessment in high-stakes environments.
• Proficiency with research and intelligence analytic techniques, including OSINT.
• Familiarity with U.S. and international economic sanctions and export control laws.
• International professional exposure through working abroad or on global initiatives.
